"Project Pace Car"
so i have a monte carlo ss pace car, its a 2000. i have an full exhaust system with a downpipe, and a cai short ram. I am in the process of picking up an l67. now here is my situation, I have a 2003 impala ls with a cracked head gasket. my plan is to remove from the heads up of my l32 and replace it with the heads from the l67 and up. now if i do this correctly, can i use the pcm from the l67 and everything will work correctly? Thats what i wanna do with my monte. my plans for the impala was tear down to the heads and then take my l32 head and up on it with the pcm from my monte. will everything work right?
any and all help or advice is welcome and appreciated

Im confused where the L32 is coming from?
the 2000 SS will have a L36 (aka 3800 NA)
the 2003 Impala Ls will have a 3400 engine. this engine has no compatible parts with the 3800 engines. (coils will work but thats about it)
If you pick up a separate L67 it would be easiest to install that in the SS
A L32 will have to have a different TB to work or you would need to install a drive by wire gas pedal.
the PCM will need to be tuned for what ever you decide to run and the vin will need to be updated to match the bcm

2003 Impala LS' come with L36's (base Impala's come with the 3400), no issue there. What you're talking about doing is called a "top swap". There's a bit more to it then just swapping the heads on up. You'll need the balancer and other odds and ends (never done it before myself so do lots of research). You will absolutely need more mods to run a stock size pulley (3.8"), and you will need a custom tune due to the higher cr and different gearing.
It can be.done for sure, but there's a little bit of work involved.

Zipper is correct. Its not as easy as bolting parts on and going. A custom tune will be needed. You can buy a mail order tune or have it tuned in person. Also you will need the heads up on the l67 engine along with crank pulley, other sc pulleys, fuel rails, some other wiring, I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things as well.
