Porting & Polishing Supercharger..
Go on Zzp and look under the trans section. Basically: input shaft, hardened 4th gear, shift kit, 7/8ths chain and gears, clutches, torque converter. You will want to have the valve body upgrades done as well. Dave at triple edge performance can build you a trans with these parts in it and ship you a whole trans as well.
That can break at any time.
You never know when its going to go but with it making more power than factory it could happen now but it could last years you never know. When I put the turbo on mine I was making about 300whp and my trams only lasted 7,000 miles after the turbo was installed. Then again they were a hard 7,000 miles lol
My tranny went out when I was stock as well. The transmissions are pretty big hit and miss. Hell my friend had the original in his 150,000 mile l67 and it lasted a long time with a turbo on 17psi.
I am a big fan of "Don't fix it if it ain't broke." Just make sure you buy a cheap decent one to have around to put in when yours finally does go.

well looks like I'm going to have to start doing some trans work as my next mod! I'll probably start by getting the shift kit or the gear ratio, if it's worth it? I'm pretty inexperienced with trans work so I apologize in advance for all the questions!
