Performance Chip in a 3800?

Just some food for thought, if you're planning on doing more mods then I wouldn't get the PCM yet. The PCM should be the last mod that you get or else you will be constantly having to get the PCM tuned over and over again. If you want to, you can get either a Powertuner or an HPTuner and learn how to tune PCMs by yourself.

Wow, Is there any way I can increase performance of my car engine like any oil or parts which can speed up my car speed. I have heard about 3800 series chip parts which are mostly used now days.

There is a TON of things you can do to a 3800 Series II V6! The sky is the limit in terms of the mods you can do to increase performance on that engine, all depends on the time, money and skill you have to mod.
If you are just looking for a couple extra HP, I recommend you start with a Cold Air Induction kit, and a cat back exhaust system. This will make your Monte sound pretty good, and gain you a few HP. You may even see a slight increase in gas mileage with these mods.
As for a chip, I do NOT recommend any of them. You are better off, and will gain much more from a tuned PCM. You can either get a custom tune done to your car, or buy what is referred to as a canned tune, which is a newly performance tuned PCM, that will replace your factory PCM/ tune.
As for oil or gas additives or anything else of that nature, that will increase your performance, there is no such thing. Your car may require a higher grade of gas due to the tune it has, to increase performance, but otherwise, there is no fluid that will directly help your cars throttle response.

Nitehawk has the right idea. I researched chips like this a while ago and found nothing good. If I recall correctly, they mess with the resistance values of a sensor or sensors monitoring airflow. Not a good idea in my opinion. As others have said, consider a tuned PCM instead.

the 3800 engines have a whole list of things for them to increace hp. Pluse the cold air intake u-bend delete and dual exaughst is the start. it will help bring in air and and relese it as well. Pluse the lifters cams and supercharger swap for it i mean a top swap is a list as well. what are you looking for a temporary thing or a little at a time thing. that is a big thing before a tune is what you want first. like mamonte said the first two we both said will help first pluse what you might want to do down the road the cold air and exaughst is already out the way is allways a bonus
