car starts when warm, not cold. Above 40 degrees car starts fine below that nope, no way. Engine rolls, have spark, have 43psi fuel pressure.

New plugs, wires, battery.

Will coolant temp senor do this, no code.

Losing my mind....

When it does not start, does the starter make any sounds?

Default no

Starts like always not a starter problem, this thing has 43lbs of fuel pressure, but it seems the injectors might not fire right away when cold.

I was working on a theory that perhaps the starter was going bad. When it's too cold out and you try to start the thing in the cold does it sound odd at all? I admit, I'm reaching as I'm really not sure what would be temp specific like this at present moment.

Something else to possibly consider is a fuel pump. I've read of some people having issues with their pumps in cold weather.
