More hp out of l36 top swap?
It probably would be best having a turbo after listening to what you guys have to say but I think I've got a little bit much into the supercharger already and I don't mind if it's not as cost effective as the turbo as long as I'm not throwing money away. I was originally looking into a na 3800 build on my car but heard how much money I'd be putting into my car vs just supercharging it so that's why I went that route. I'm planning on buying something like a c5 corvette probably next spring after I save up some money but will keep my monte as my daily. I wanted my car to be faster and i wanted something to work on to hold me out for another year. And I like that not everyone drives a fast modded Monte Carlo around like i see modded mustangs and camaros.
Then I suggest doing what my buddy did on his ssei but that requires a genv not the regular gen3 sc so you still need to get another blower to mimic his build.
if you havent installed the parts yet just sell them on the forums and get your money back out of them.
I like my topswap. between the gear advantage and the lighter body of the 5th gen monte i have quite an advantage. my mods are in my sig. but the big adders were the ported heads, headers, and tuning. I not have a VS cam waiting to go in and then i will consider a pulley drop.
