i don't think so my buddy has a cobalt ss with about 240 whp... he has like a 2" pulley on it, but i looked and the s/c looks a little bit different.. they may not bolt on the same way as well.. but what do i know lol i really don't know much about that supercharger except that i saw it one time and my buddy owns one.

I'm pretty sure that they use different size snout shafts, but why would you want to use an M62 pulley?
The stock cobalt/ion pulley is like 3.35" or 3.25" which is pretty damn small for what mods you have.

I'd just plan on picking up an M90 pulley.
You can find them used for cheap, and in plenty of different sizes.

Agreed- I've seen press on 3.4's and 3.25's go for free + shipping, average price for a basic press on M90 seems to be $20 or so- really not that bad. Since you have no other performance mods, a pulley should be last on your list anyways...
