Default 95 monte carlo engine swap

I have a 95 Monte Carlo LS with a bad motor(3100).I can get a 94 Olds 88 3800 gen2 engine(complete car). How much modification would there be to put the 3800 into the LS? Or would it even be worth the hassle?

Personally, I'd avoid anything pre-96 myself (although I didn't know they had a 94 series 2 3800)-mostly because its pre-obd2 and there were a lot of oddball wiring/pcm setups.

I think that the '94 Olds woulda had the series 1 3800 in it.
That's what engine my '93 buick regal had in it.
