Default LS4 4t65-e-HD information?

Hey guys, i'll be building a 4t65-e tranny for my v6 powered montecarlo, ive scanned and read a few things about the trannys for the LS4 equiped montecarlos, one was that some came with a GMPP posi traction diff, but i cant find any evidence to suppourt this, and secondly i would like to know if anyone can bring up specs as to other improved parts for the transmissions equiped in the LS4's. i've already found that i can get a final drive of 3.73:1, and easly get the HD diff from a S/C equiped w body, better clutchs, and more upgraded valves than would ever be nessisary, (alot of which are not) and a diode sprag.

Thanks, Bob

What year is your Monte? It's probably going to be a lot easier to rebuild the tranny that you already have. Also, I haven't seen 3.73's in a 4T65E before, any info or links to that?I have seen 3.69's though. I recommend going here: www.tripleedgeperformance.com. They have a great reputation for building our tranny's.

i am using my current tranny, but i'm getting parts from other trannys. i've read with a 33/37 chain drive, and a van diff, i can get a 3.73:1, if not then someone calculated it wrong and it would be 3.69:1
