I think these are allWAY WAYhigh unless you have an L67 supercharged- then 200 whp might be close on a mustang dyno.
If you've got an L36 with an intake, ubend delete, tstat, and a cookie cutter pcm as your only mods- I would say 170 whp, maybe a pinch more if you're lucky on a dynojet.
Your stock should be 200bhp or about 160 whp- there is no way you added 40 whp with that few mods, you'd be lucky to get 5-10 whp out of it. Not to mention that would make you the highest NA L36 on a stock cam EVER:
Top L36 on stock cam:
1. Stuffy 236 w/ 187WHP
2. Pman w/ 181WHP
3. dbtk2 w/ 178WHP STD[/i]
4. GPGT-97 w/ 177WHP
Keep in mind, some of those guys had way more mods than you do- hence why I think even 190whp isn't even a possibility.
edit- look at the mod lists of some of the cars in that power range, and you'll see what I mean:
Buck531- zzp GT1 cam plusa bunch of other crap - 199 whp
gpgt99angel- zzp GT2 cam, plog, hv3, l67 tb - 199 whp
Keifer - Intense S1x cam, headers, hv3 - 193 whp
