How do I do those dam rockers and pushrods for the LIM gaskets?

you use an angle torque gauge Lisle 28100 Torque Angle Meter The correct torque for the rocker arm bolt is 14 N·m (124 lb in) plus 30 degrees.

Instead of the angle torque gauge. I'd look at a pushrod remover. That way you don't have to mess with the rockers. Though, if it has been tore into before. It may be a good idea to redo the rockers incase the prior guy didn't torque it properly. As shops like to get the job done as soon as possible and take short cuts.

Here's a pic of that tool to remove the pushrods without removing the rocker:
Are there alot of problems with the rocker arm bolts stripping out or later on ripping the threads out of the head? My LIM gasket has already been replaced and needs it done again, but not sure if they retorqued the TTY rocker bolts or used the above tool at the dealer. I do hear a loud snap sound every once in a while from the engine.

I've re-torqued the rockers twice now on my '94 Grand Am (3100 powered engine). Once at about 90K and then at 180K and it runs great with over 214K now.
For a racing application, you'd probably want to swap them out. But for a street car, I don't think it's that critical. Just my 2 cents.
