Default hesitation during acceleration

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS, with about 120k on it. less than 100 miles ago I got some zzp 10.5mm spark plug wires, and some ngk plugs, I also changed the oil, filter, and flushed my radiator. now since then I have noticed two things a little of about my car and the way it drives. first off I lowered it about 1 month ago, and have yet to get it aligned, but I only drive in town less than a mile to and from work, so my car shakes when im driving. but another thing I notices is that it like lacks power when im accelerating, like the power is there, but like it pulsates when I speed up even at a steady rate, if that makes any sense? ill give an example, say im rolling down the road and speed limit is 30 then changes to 45 ill slowly speed up and like its...almost...like...it.....doesn't....have....th e...torque...to move it. going to get it aligned tomorrow, hopefully that fixes part of my problem. any suggestions on what I should check or change or upgrade? could it be a sensor? has anyone had this same problem?

Default Same issue

Just curious as to what the issue was. I'm currently having the exact same issue. Replaced fuel filter and pump, cleaned mass airflow sensor, and no luck.

Question

Change the Air Filter?
Spark Plugs and wires?
what is the trans fluid like clear Red or other?
Check for any Vacuum leaks?
What about he Exhaust system Mainly the Catalytic converter if that is plugged you may need a new one.

Default

Changed the air filter and the tranny is good. I read that a bad catylitic converter would cause a drop in fuel mileage but I haven't had that.
