Default Help.. Car fails to start

I have an 87 monte ss. Has a 350. Came to start it and it was turning over then nothing. thought i fried the starter so i replaced it. Still wouldnt turn over or even make a noise. Lights and all accessories turn on. Replaced the ignition switch next but still nothing.
Any suggestions?
Thinking its maybe the neutral safety switch but unsure.
anything helps

ok i will do two things clean the terminals on the battery affter that try to start it regularly and in nutral. still nothing i will go after the battery first to see if it is still has the cca in the battery as well if it has a good charge. a battery is a tempermental part on any car. go there first then move to the wires leading to the starter silinoid and that part and follow the rest. but a battery could be the culpret but it is hard to say

already did the battery thing, i put a volt meter on the wires leading to the starter and have no juice on either side of the fusible link for the ignition wires but have already replaced the ignition switch.
