I have actually never had an issue with ZZP. I have a lot of parts through them and not one went wrong.

I also purchased something used from another forum member, but they discarded the installation instructions. I emailed Zoomer and he actually emailed me a PDF of the installation instructions and also a few tips about the product (THAT I didn't even buy from them).

Never an issue, great people to work with in my opinion.

 

Maybe I should mention your name next time and I'll get decent service LOL.

I've sent several emails to customer service long before I even decided to go with their kit and never got a response. Sometimes it has taken them days to reply.

You all can claim how they're great but I spent $2000 out of my pocket and I can't even get a same day response? Tell me more about how great they are please

 

Ive never bought anything from em & nvr will i think there over priced on there stuff

 

I buy ZZP stuff used from other car guys ..,Cheaper that way.. Sorry to hear your problem..Nice looking supercharger..

 

I'm hoping the message I just sent him gets my point across. I really would like some type of refund or discount for their mistake. So far I've heard nothing. I was sure to let him know that I will no longer be purchasing from them unless they make it right with me. Ripped the ZZP decals off my Monte yesterday. Why should I give them free sponsorship when I can't even get a response from them.

 

LOL I have a few used ZZP parts too! I wish I could have gotten my kit used to save myself from the issues I'm having with them

I don't at all have any problem with their products. Their prices do seem a little steep but I've yet to find a place that sells similar products for much cheaper.

I had plans to purchase a lot more from them this year but it looks like they won't be getting much more of my business
