Nice John you made it! Excellent she's going to the dyno, hope it tunes out very sweet and have made all your efforts pay off in spades. Who is doing the tuning for you?? Brian Turner? If so tell him I said hello. The right person will help your build squeak out the max power or preferably give you a safe tune.

Fun thread... So if I was to guess with what upgrades you have done as of late, water meth, new Cartuning manifolds, intercooler, stage 3 heads, 150lb springs, Belle boost a pump, torque conveter and all including your being at a lower altitude than me your going to be about 521whp and 464 on torque...

Best of luck!!

Greg:
its gonna be dyno'd on 93 octane pump gas...(No meth)

Is that still your final guess?

Pump gas. Water meth injection included I fixed first post.

Pump gas was meaning no race fuel and no e85.

Greg I like your guess the most lol. Yes brian turner is tuning it. How do you know brian?

I am going to say more than me. I don't think I can be wrong with this guess.

Hello Dave, but he would still use the water meth would he not in the tuning process even though it is on 93. Is that not the whole purpose of the meth system, to retard detonation of the lower octane fuels, thus permitting you to advance the timing and make more hp on pump gas.

Mine works that way on my pump gas tune I do believe, once the engine is being boosted the water meth system sprays and prevents detonation. Perhaps I'm wrong, so what is it then if I'm wrong. But I do think the water meth system will be incorporated in this 93 octane tune.

Ding ding greg you are a winner. This is exactly correct, meth will be used with the 93 pump fuel tune.

Hey John, when he worked for Intense racing, I flew Brian to Las Vegas years back to tune my original build. He is reported to be one of the best tuners on the 3800 platform. So I had to have him, my Monte was a fiasco back then, the shop was a joke and a waste of Brian's efforts. He tried very hard to tune it, but what a pile of crap the build was. His father and him both came, we went to the Ford Shelby museum by the Las Vegas speedway and such, had dinner together, had a few drinks etc. Let him know I never gave up on the build and that it's doing okay now, and thanks for his efforts way back when.

Your going to get the best tune no doubt! Here's mud in your eye kid!! Bottom's up!! Let's go racing!!
