Default First transmission fluid change

I will be taking my monte in this monday to a chevy dealership i have been going to for years, they have got to have one of the best service dept. in pittsburgh. My 2006 lt3 monte has 44,900 miles they are doing this a pan drop and filter change. But they will be also doing a little warranty work for a small oil leak or power steering leak. But i think there a little high for the tranny work, $225, Me and my wife are off from work this monday and that"s why i will be dropping the car off and going back home with her. If it was not for getting the warranty work i think i would go some place else for the transmission, but this is easy for me. As i do not drive my car in the snow, monday could be the first.

Most local trans shops will do the same thing for around $75.00.

$225.00 is waaayyyy to much to pay...id just get your warranty work done and skip the trans stuff at the dealer....

I had mine flushed at the dealer when my power steering was fixed. I only paid just over 200 for the flush and new front brake pads.
