Default Engine ticking and slight hesitation

I have a 2006 monte LT 3.5L. Yesterday i used sea foam, put it in the gas tank as well as through my vacuum line off of the brake booster. IDK if this has anything to do with my problem because i think it was ticking and slightly hesitating before i seafoamed. I just happened to notice it today. Anyways, the ticking noise is coming from the driver side of the motor. its not too loud so im thinking maybe its just lifter noise...not too sure though since im not much of an expert when it comes to motors. The hesitation is very slight and is only present when at idle...the tach will go down every couple seconds and the lights on my instrument panel will flicker. Also, I have no CEL. Do i have a gunked up injector? compression issue? Like i said, its only at idle and i have no hesitation while driving or even when WOT...I would appreciate some help here!
If it makes any difference, i am in WV and its rather cold here.

also when did you do a filter change air and fuel filter as well also sounds like one or the other the fuel filter may be gunked and not sending the proper fuel or not enough air

My engine has never been tuned. (what does tuning consist of?) I cleaned my K&N filter the same day I used the seafoam. Its not doing it as bad now but is still present when its really cold. The cold may have something to do with it. If it was a fuel filter or injector problem wouldn't i have hesitation when i was driving?

(what does tuning consist of?)
He meant tune-up.
Consists of plugs, wires, oil change, pcv valve, air filter change, that kinda stuff. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
Also, FWIW, you don't actually have a fuel filter on an '06.

Does the ticking/hesitation only occur when the car is cold?
If so, what weight oil are you using, and what weight does your owners manual recommend?

the ticking should go away after you go down the street, for me its usually at startup in cold weather
