Delayed Startup

Exclamation Delayed Startup
My 2002 Monte Carlo SS has Delayed startup at times for example if i turn on the car from a cold start or warm start and turn it off within the first 5 to 10 min if i try to turn it on again it takes about 2 to 3 seconds for the engine to fully turn over and catch could this be a spark plug issue

it could mean that there is conections are dirty or needing to be cleaned

It could be a fuel/spark issue, it could also be a MAF issue.
