coolant flush question.

coolant flush question.
How well does a coolant flush get rid of the brown buildup caused my Dexcool? The Dale Jr car I just bought had the coolant supposedly flushed last year. It has been changed but I don't know if it was flushed.
I replaced the radiator cap last night and the original cap had quite a bit of brown buildup on the underside of the cap. There was also some in the radiator neck.
It looks like I probably need to get the system flushed again and done right and have the thermostat changed.
Where would you recommed getting this done? Jiffy Lube did this one. I won't be doing it because of the weather. Thanks.
