All L67's are SC'd; the non-SC version is the L36.
Best bet would be to get the engine/trans together in one shot so you know you have all the parts/bolts, etc.
As for the wiring harness, I would think you'd be best off with a 2000 SS engine harness (3800 from your year)- and get the ZZP L67 swap connector adapter.
