If you are mis-firing your check engine light will flash.

Make sure all the plugs are tight and the wires are all the way on.. you should feel them pop a little bit as they slide on and lock in place. Since that happened right after you changed the plugs, I'm going to have to say something is loose. Happy hunting!

Yea, if it happened RIGHT after installing new plugs, I would guess a wire or something did not get pushed down all the way.

But if the problems been there for a while, and just did not go away with new plugs and wires, I would say it sounds like a bad ignition coil.

If it never happened before you did plugs and wires- then you need to go back through, and check. Either something isn't pushed on all the way, a plug isn't gapped right, or a wire is defective and shorting somewhere. Its pretty simple though- you only replaced a few items.

did you replace one wire at a time? check your firing order , if your missing there should deffinatly be a flashing CEL on your dash. Maybe try running some injector cleaner. those need maintaned too you know.
