BOV on a supercharger? No. They're not designed for that and it's not going to do anything for you.
Essentially your supercharger already has a similar design for when you let off the throttle (bypass valve), except it feeds the air back into the intake instead of just pushing it out. It keeps the pressure up. If you didn't have that and just dumped the air out you'd mess up your A/F ratio as the car wouldn't know how to react.
EDIT: I will add that if you were running a centrifugal supercharger (CSC), which is basically a belt driven turbo (instead of exhaust driven), then yes, a BOV would work on that application, but with something like your Eaton M90, it won't.
