Anyone know where the cheapest place is to buy a fully rebuilt L67 3800 Series II and a transmission is? There's a fairly cheap Dale Jr Monte on Criagslist near me, just needs an engine and a transmission so I'm trying to see if I can make it work (financially) because my current Monte has been a pain in the *** recently (also the Jr Monte is really nice).

 

IMO best bet is to find something with reasonable mileage at a junkyard and just use that.
