New member, greetings & questions
I bought a 2003 monte carlo ss from a shady low rate auto place. I know I'm stupid, young, and wet behind the ears. But I needed a new vehicle and my grandpa had one (I think it was one of 7th gens, same color tho). I loved it.
Moonroof, amazing vehicle, I fell in love with her.
Then as I expected car problems.
Head gasket replacement 1900 dollars
New battery 140$
Ignition module 415$
I now have a leak in the power steering racking pan. And I know from research that's an expensive fix.
I just got inspired from reading on this forum Everybodys montes and the work they put in. I hope once my cars mechanics are under control i will be able to mod and increase sound system and more hp.
I have installed a p.a. horn in my frame to blast music in order to get heads turning but I need to get thanks engine right. At least reliable for a daily commuter to work.
Any info or pics of y'all sweet whips would be helpful and great.
Thanks KG
