Default B&M Trick Shift Transmission fluid.

Has anyone on here used the B&M Trick Shift transmission fluid or B&M Synthetic Trick Shift transmission fluid? I have an '04 SS supercharged with the 4T65E-HD transmission, and I am going to change my tranny fluid again soon, and was wondering how good this stuff is? What do you guys recommend? Everyone says run DEXTRON 6.... Thanks for the help guys!

I run Redline Synthetic Tranny fluid and it is a Dexron VI. The shop which built my race tranny says for sure Dexron VI rated for the heat resistance to breakdown. About $11 a qt. but on eBay you can get gallon jugs cheaper.
The shop that did my build also build and race dragsters and altered, all they use is Redline fluids in their engines / tranny's etc. Research this product, GOOD STUFF!!!!!!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the feedback! I am thinking about running Amsoil, but the only reason I was thinking about B&M Trick Shift or Mobil 1, is because I have a gift card to Advance Auto. But I really don't want to put in anything but the best in my car, since its higher mileage.

I've ran Royal Purple 5w-30 for about 3 years and I've been pretty happy with it thus far. I don't have anything against Amsoil motor oil, but you have to go through a dealer to get it, and it's such a pain.

@codell17: I am sorry, I just re-read Post #5 (what you said), & I thought you were talking about Amsoil motor oil, ... Ugh, I suck! Sorry.

But you do not have to go through a dealer for Amsoil, ... you can get it off the website, & get a member card for 10-25% off their products. I am not trying to sell anyone on it, just saying you do not have to go through a dealer, you can go factory-direct.

Be good ...
