Anyone know if the B&M SHiftPlus+ will work on my 96 Monte with the 4T60E trans? B&M site doesn't state what vehicles it fits on (atleast I couldn't find it) and I don't wanna call them unless I'm gonna buy it. So if anyone knows if it will work with my tranny or know of another that will let me know

 

You should call them and find out. But most shift kits for the 3800 are made for the 4t65e transmission, which is what most 3800 series 2 cars have. And if turns out they don't support your transmission, look into getting a custom tune done with transmission fluid line pressure increases, this will give you similar results.

 

IMO, I'd just put regular trans fluid in it, you'd get way more bang for your buck with a PCM tune (I could've swore some places do them?) or a shift kit.
