Default Air intake

About to take on a fairly small project, something I've been putting off long enough. I just want to remove the oe air box and put in a cone filter but with a custom see through (not sure what material people use, looks like glass) My question is are these boxes available for purchase or are they a custom job. And from what I've seen around the forum mounting it to the frame by the front left fender is the spot? Id also like to have a blue led in there just for the look in darkness. Shouldn't be too hard of a job, this will finally break the ice on actually modifying the engine and hopefully kickstart my motivation for the other projects I want to do. Thanks for any advice in advance

sup bro, zzperformance sells a semi see throuh airbox to put your intake in, id say either run a cai down by the bumper or leave the short ram open, i think the box suffocates it, but its up to you

I would recommend the coldairinductions.com box.

You can get it in a nice powdercoated black, and it will have a see through cover.

I have that on my Camaro and love it.
