Default 7th Gen Fuel Pump & Regulator

I own an 07 with the lze 3500 ffv engine, The fuel pump is busted. Are there any pumps, and regulators that will offer more flow than stock. Would the pump and regulator from a 5.3 ls4 fit in and work properly. Thanks

There's plenty of options in the aftermarket to support just about any power level you want if youre willing to put in the work to adapt it. How much power are you making?

It dyno’d around 250 wheel, having trouble finding ways to make it faster. I work in a classic car shop making it easy to do the work. I don’t want to go above 325 to the crank because I don’t trust the transmission that much. What would you recommend. With the fuel pump broken, I figured a different pump and regulator would give a bit more kick, I don’t know any options for that. I am more experienced with carbs.

Edit- would I need new injectors to get the result I want? and what’s a good option for them?

What mods do you have now? Im sure several of the members here could help provide suggestions.

Was it fuel pump limited when it was dyno'd / tuned?

If not, switching to a higher flow pump won't add any power. Im not sure what the limit on the stock pump is, but I'd think it would be oversized enough from the factory to hit your goals - especially a FFV pump if you're running gas.

Same goes for injectors. Unless your tuner purposefully pulled power out (say by dropping timing or dropping the shift rpm) to keep the engine from running out of fuel, then adding more injector capacity wont gain you anything. A bigger injector will just result in lower duty cycle (which isn't a bad thing), but it won't add power if the car wasn't already fuel limited.
