Default 2000 MC, 3.8 Crankshaft pully won't come off! Bolt is already off!

Hello all -

I have a 2000 Monte SS and I need to replace the crankshaft positioning sensor. I was able to get the bolt off with a breaker bar and the starter, but now I can't get the pulley off. It won't budge. I've tried wd40, pulling as hard as I can, hitting it with a rubber mallet, ect..

Anyone know how to get it off? My haynes manual says it doesn't need a puller kit.

Well dump the WD40 and go for a anti seize lubricant. Try hammer again. then use pulley puller. Just cause it says you don't need one doesn't mean you shouldn't use one.
