Default Lower grill

The only thing I wish they made was a LOWER GRILL for the 6th gen, not that insert, but an actual grill. Since they don't make one, I've been trying to find a grill that will fit, any grill that is between 48"-50" wide and 4" tall will work. If I can't Fi d one, witch I have not, I'm gonna have to make one, and that will take a bit to fabricate the outer grill, the mesh is easy, but framing the grill to make it look good will be hard, to make sure it matches the upper grill as well. On my "signature" look at the bottom grill of the concept car, that's what I want.. Mjc, on a quest..." Ty."

It looks ok to put the mesh behind the current grill.

To be honest, I didn't even notice till I looked a bit closer, it does look nice, bet in person it stands out more, but in the picture it gets lost. I have found a couple grills that are close, but not close enough. I can make the grill itself, that's np, it's the grill surround Benzel that's the tough part. I was thinking about making a mold out of clay, and then fiberglass cast and see how that turns out. If it's pretty good I'll make a mold of the fiberglass one so I could produce more if anyone wanted one. I want it to look just like the upper, but the side angles upside down (for ascetics) and then have the exact criss cross pattern and 1/2 inch Benzel , rounded corners... I'll see what works..Mjc...
