Stealth black Intimidator Logos, just painted.
Friday, my car wash/detailer Joe Myers of Sturgis Auto Bath hand painted, then plastic coated my side Intimidator logos. I had previously painted the rear one and liked it, so I asked Joe to do the side ones for me. Let me know what you think. Sorry, but it's 3 degrees and snowing here. Lake effect snow.

thats the way mine are right now...on the tony stewart edition thats how they come...but i'm still considering doing them orange...not sure yet..

It looks great!!! I like the Intimidator body color to match your ground effects. My Monte Carlo emblems were originally body colored, but since I had the silver ground effects, I swapped out the red ones with silver ones.

Were they chrome to begin with? It's different, true, but I probably would've sprayed them with transparent black for the "black chrome" or "hyperblack" effect.

My intension was to match as close as possible the black of the Monte Carlo emblem on therear left side. I agree spraying would be better, especially if was another color besides black. Brush strokes are not visible unless you get really close. If this was a one-piece emblem I might have thought about taking it off, but the many pieces made me leave it on.
I wanted a "stealth" look.
