It's smooth like it's clean but all those streaks are under the clear coat or something.

Try 409 cleaner in the shade wifey had stains on wheels like yours it helped. Wipe with a terry cloth or Micro fiber rag Rinse really good after letting is set for a SHORT time don't let it dry on the wheels.

Hope this helps if this dont work you may want to try Mothers pre-wax cleaner it has a minor abrasive safe for clear coat

I've got a set just like that!!!

I think it's some wheel cleaners.. think Bleche White did it to mine. Haven't figured out a way to clean them yet...... mine have faint green streaks in them though.

Have you tried any type of polish like that mothers ball kit. It could help.

Hell I may just try to paint them black. Anyone tried that before?

I own a detailing business and I'm afraid you'll have to have them stripped and re-clearcoated.

My stock set has a few areas like that on a wheel or two. But I use them for only like 3 or 4 months of the year when it snows and roads are salted so I just decided not to try and take care of it.

Me being a detailer I think its actually etching into the wheel... Do you drive in snow where roads are salted.. mine got worse after that and I know some road salts are notorious for doing that, which is why I never let salt sit on my paint for an extended period of time.. 24hrs is almost to much before it starts to etch.

almost looks to me like you left a rim cleaner on there too long. Acid will do that to your rims if you leave it on too long. try to polish a small spot with a rubbing compound and see if they come out
