ORIGINAL: DEI Monte SS 04

Thanks Fed Ex just delivered it. Tony Stewart grille is smaller than I thought. Not much to it.
yup...that's why I don't feel like paying $140 for it!! I bought the Ventshades taillight covers for mine for $50 plus shipping. When they came in, looked like something that was packaged for Pepboys and sitting in the clearance bin. I cut out the slats in the holes and plan on painting to match body colour. We'll see how they look once they are on.

Thats why I shopped around and waited till I won my slp grille on ebay for 40 bucks, I even thought that was high as it os only a piece of plastic, It does improve the appearance of the car, but the original asking price of 100 - 140 is way to much for it.

Here is what I was talking about before. This guy did his all body colour and did not try to hide the original grill inlet behind it, but I don't think it looks bad at all. This is how I would do mine (mine is same colour).

If you want, I (or anyone else who wants to) can chop it to make it blue instead of silver so you can get an idea of what it will look like.

I cant believe nobody's painted the edges body color, and the mesh silver/chrome. I think thats what I'm goign to do on my black SS..i have the silver stripe down arund the bottom. Either the slp grille...or i might just buy mesh and stick it behind the facotry grille and the even in the opening below the bumper. Any thoughts?
