the emblem jsut comes off the slp grille easily? because i rather it plain than have the bowtie

doesn't the slp grill have a spot in the grill thats flat for the emblem, so it would look funny without it?

that is why I put an SS emblem on mine, looks pretty cool too.

Yea the SLP has a flat spot where the emblem tapes to. It would look horrible if you left the emblem off.

I was thinking about putting the Tony Stewart grill on mine, kinda like Josh's T.S. edition.
But right now I don't have a garage, and I'm not sure how well the tape would hold up to year-round elements. Especially snow and ice.

Josh, I'm trying to remember, did you store your T.S. edition in the winter time? Or did it see the winter weather at all? If so, how well did your grill hold up?

Her's a pic of the Tony Stewart grille insert on my car. I had the red bow-tie previous to the grille. In fact, this is a copy of my "01 SS LE, whick had a slightly larger (8") red bow-tie. The lady that bought that car drove by my house Sunday afternoon while I was washing my Intimidator SS.

The grille looks good, did it come gloss black or did you have it painted, i need the front liscense plate filler too stupid dealers!
