under the hood and the wheel wells i was wondering if anybody ever tried this Undercarriage Spray - Cleaners - Wheels & Tires - Car Care - Griot's Garage

True. I guess I was thinking it be more of a problem since most of the cars I detail have been neglected, but ya my car usually cleans up nice.

This is pretty embarrassing, but doing anything with the upper windshield, rear window, middle of the hood and on top of the car is annoying because I can barely reach all of it. The car is less than a head shorter than me so reaching across those places requires some effort, or I have to step on the door sills to finish it. Surprisingly I put up with this stuff several days a week.

I use the undercarriage spray - I really like the product - I use it in the wheel wells.

My least favorite detailing job is getting all the wax out of the letters and decals... especially on this guys car:

As far as under the hood goes... just hit it all with a pressure washer, soap and chemicals, whatever, then put a leaf blower on it... blow all the water out of that thing and it will dry to a spot free finish every time
