Haha, thanks man. From the looks of the pic in your sig, you've got it under control! Black might be the most unforgiving color when it comes to defects in the paint, but it's also the most rewarding color when detailed properly.

Looks like he has some orange peel. I saw that show with the Antique hunters on the history channel. The one guy had girls wash the van due to him loosing a bet (he was suppose to do it). The girl used one bucket instead of two and didnt use a groute sponge. haha. While the other one used the same mit on the side van that was used on the tires lol.

Its always nice to see a new car in the parking lot with swirl marks. If they would use two buckest and a sponge ( Like Paul Dalton) they would okay

Yeah, definitely not impressed with it's paint job. Hell, my 94 Accord factory paint job was way better than what's on that G35!

As for washing the car with the 2 bucket method, that works, but so does using a single bucket with a grit guard

ha ha, i wish? pictures can be deceiving. i got a few tiny paint chips on the front and it look like it's developing premature swirl marks. the old man who owned it before seemed to take care of it the best he could. i bought a buffer, so this spring i got some learning to do (on other cars of course).
