Ive seen them as low as 100 to as much as 800, I havnt done proper research on all of them so I couldnt really say buy this and dont buy this one.
Rick its cool if you were joking around, in txt I know its hard to fully grasp what the other person is saying exactly.. usually to save my butt I always will put haha or lol at the end of a phrase that I was joking around with. lol
And i feel I am a very picky detailer and I criticize my work all the time to make myself better, I feel I know allot compared to most others in detailing but I am certainly not the best or know it all. I try to educate others while learning the same time

I am one picky person and sometimes drive ppl i know crazy cus i constantly have to have everything spotless or it drives me crazy, especially my car. I am constantly learning new things and better ways to do things at the detail shop and i have been detailing for what seems like forever now. like you said you have to criticize your own work and try to become better at what you do on every car you put out

Wow those are pricey. I thought it would be a good tool to have around.
I wax my ride a lot during the summer but I use just pure carnauba wax.
I use the pre-wax cleaner about twice in a summer season and the
glaze/sealer about every other wax. I clay bar once when the car comes out of storage.
I do use the buffer on the easier surfaces and by hand in the harder places with curves.
Being the car is a 2006 maybe I don't have to worry about paint thickness yet?

most all detailers are picky...that is why they do what they do especially if they are doing a good job.

I get teased a lot becuse every where I go I have to "De-bug" the Deuce. I keep detaler and a micro fiber rag in the trunk

just depends on how much you buff the same spots and what you are using. there really isnt that much clear coat on modern cars but gm has a pretty hard clear.
