Any hope for these rims?

Id start with some NEVER-DULL....
It has rust cleaning agents, its like a cloth material with the properties of steel wool...without the steelwool if that makes sense...,
I found it works wonders: WITHOUT DAMAGEING THE CHROME SURFACE!
It also removes the oxidation...and residual rust....Then all you have to do is polish it up..add wax to seal them again..and WALLA! clean and shiny!

Its a bit "OLD SCHOOL" but i think youll be amazed at the end results!
