Below is one product by RainX for fogging.
7oz for 4.99
Hope it helps. I have never used the fog, but have used RainX for windows
and it does a decent job during tropicial storms here in FLorida.
Eliminate interior fogging when there is precipitation falling, high humidity or changes in temperature.

i don't suppose there is something to use on the inside of windshields to prevent (or reduce) fogging on summer nights? i was driving the interstate the other night and had to choose between keeping cool or keeping the windshield clear (too loud to keep the windows open at 75+). if only the A/C controls had a defrost/face setting (like the feet/face combo)...

Turn the heat up on the A/C setting a little.

With the inside air of the car being so much cooler then the outside air, you're getting fog on the windshield.

By just turning the heat setting up a little it will help eliminate the fogging.

uhm, ya... that's what i ended up doing but i would prefer to choose keeping cool for my 1.5 hour+ drives! (it go stuffy after the 1st 1/2 hour...)

You don't need to turn the heat up enough to burn you out.

A small amount is all that's needed.

You're trying to offest the affects of cool air coming in to contact with warm air. Which is what's happening on your windshield.

actually, i tried the rain-x product kidd found and it worked... the only problem is that i am still learning how to properly apply it and it left a little bit of a streak on the windshield. i will have that issue worked out early next summer when i start using it again.

the problem with running the heat is that i can't stand stale air... in order to puch the right temperature of air onto the windshield, i have to use the defrost setting. when you use that in an '04, you have to switch off the air feed to your face. i don't know why our controls don't have a "Max" setting like a lot of older GMs (particularly the Blazer/Suburban/vans) but they don't... it runs from defrost to defrost and feet to feet and face to face... and i just can't stand to not have air moving past my face (a mental motion sickness issue... the air flow i feel has to match, or reflect, the rate of travel). it's not a hot/cold thing... it's an air-flow thing, but thanks anyway!
