i'm not sure exactly what HID's he uses but thats a 2 in one headlight, highs and lows int he same bulb, ours are not.
I found these

thats a complete DIY package, start to finish, seals, bulbs, ballasts, projectors. I'm not entirley sure if its a pair or just one side, it appears to be one side to me. an alternative to the vacume plastic mold method is to simply get a clean cut, and paint the reflector, it gives a pretty good look too. not as custom but still good looking.
