I found these http://www.retrosolutionsllc.com/ser...HB4-HB3/Detail thats a complete DIY package, start to finish, seals, bulbs, ballasts, projectors. I'm not entirley sure if its a pair or just one side, it appears to be one side to me. an alternative to the vacume plastic mold method is to simply get a clean cut, and paint the reflector, it gives a pretty good look too. not as custom but still good looking. |

also, i didnt mention it, but their are shops that will do it for around 350-500$ depending on the quality, the 500$ quality is the kind of job your seeing in the video, just for an idea.

Yep those videos are good ones to watch to get an idea of what the job basically intels. I am working on my final set right now. Taking my time in getting the job down but it'll get done by spring time at the latest.
