Has anyone used, bought parts from 3800 Performance? I know they use other vendors from a variety of locations. I ordered a part from them, Rear O2 Eliminator, on Sunday. To date, I have not received a Conformation E - Mail nor is there a way to contact them on the Web page!

 

Never used them, hope you get confirmation soon though.

 

I never used them either but have seen their site numerous times. I went poking around and saw a statement that if you wanted to make a phone order to email them your contact info (rather odd if you ask me). It must be a really small outfit.

One other trick I did, I went to register.com and ran a Whois lookup on their site. The person who registered this site has the phone number 570-708-8780. Might be worth calling that number.

hey i have ordered from them. i got the mad blaster coil packs and ignition wires. they were out of stock and they called me to confirm this and see if i wanted something else or to wait. there customer service blows away zzps

I never had a problem with them, bought my complete BMR suspension system and numerous other parts from 3800performance.

 

It's not that I don't trust them, it's just that I would prefer to get a Conformation email and a tracking # so I can know when to expect it. This part is all I need to pass inspection. So i can go ahead with Hubs, Rear Brakes, Rack & Pinion, Power Steering Pump. But all t his is "I wanna Do" stuff. I need this part!
