Would it be reasonable to put anything besides 115 on?
That all depends on whether you want the wheel to fit or not! remember, if you find a wheel that is not the correct fitment size, odds are in your favour that you will be able to find a wheel adapter/bolt pattern changer that will allow you to mount those wheels on your specific application. It is not advisable to try to mount a wheel on the incorrect bolt pattern. These things are designed down to the milimeter spec for a reason.
Like the lioness told the elephant: "What don't fit, don't force!"
Like the lioness told the elephant: "What don't fit, don't force!"
but like on all the wheeel seller websites it says that the wheels use a 114.3 bolt pattern.... and on the specs it says they are 115, what do the wheel sellers do, just include the adpter or somthin??
My experience has been that the online sellers do not have a full inventory of bolt pattern fitments. While the manufacturer might make the wheel in a 5/115 configuration, the online seller might only have certain of the most popular patters, like the 114.3. I have been doing much research lately as I am about to purchase wheels for myself as well. It's not always easy to find wheels to fit the front wheel drive GM passenger cars.
Here's one of the places I am considering buying from:
