Default Where can I find red/black 16x6.5 wheels?

Hi guys!

I'm thinking about buying some new wheels for my 2000 Monte Carlo. I currently have the stock wheels, and though they aren't bad, the're getting a little old and ratty looking. I have relatively new tires so I'd like to use put them on the new wheels. So basically I need rims that the stock tires will fit on, 16x6.5 according to Google. Unfortunately I can hardly find any wheels of this size, most are 16x7.

I have a red Monte, so I'm looking for black, silver, or black/red. Looking to pay around $100 per wheel or less. I think something like one of these would be cool if I could find one in my size:

Any suggestions on where I could find 16x6.5 wheels, or recommendations on any you've bought yourself?

Thanks!

Cool cool wheels

The trick could be the price $100.00 per wheel. I just tried ebay and here is the link. you may want to see if they have what you want.

Thanks for your reply!

They have a few, but a pretty poor selection of rims when you only consider the few 16x6.5 ones they show.

Does anyone know of an auto parts store or specialized rim dealer that sells wheels somewhat like the pics above?

Default Me too...

I'm going through the same thing as you with my 87 m.c. s.s., I bought new
american racing rims that are 7x15,my O.K. tire guy has assured me my 6.5's
will go on the new rims no problems,(have dealt with this shop for years),
Suggest you talk with a tire person you can trust
I also looked for rims for your car, your right, they are rarer than hen's teeth,
found a bunch on Ebay, but they are all ugly utility looking "donut" spare tire
look, you might have to bite the bullet and go for new tires as well.
p.s....even the tire rack only has one ugly steel rim in 6.5". Good luck.

What about just fixing up and painting your stock wheels?

If you like the wheels you have just have them powder coated. I did these stock charger wheels for a customer recently. YoullY be able to pick the exact colors you want that way
