hi everyone..just got me a 2004 monte SS and want to replace factory wheels and maybe tires..tires are like new.was told they had 2000 miles on them[225-60-16 i think]anyhow what would i be able to get out of my rims and maybe tires.if i can sell wheels and tires for enough to help with cost of 17"wheels and tires then i'd sell that way..

go on www.3800performance.com go to the wheels and tires... there are some nice American Racing wheels. Theres 2 varities... one comes in 16,17, and 18" and another only comes in 17". I like both wheels.. just don't have the money

 

the best thing i can tell ya for selling those would be going on Ebay with the m. or the monte carlo bords.
Personaly i liked the way mine looked wiht the 16" wheels and tires under it and they handedl SOOOOO much better then the 18" I have under it now. not to mention the tires were cheaper LOL

But to each thier own. hope it all works out.
as far as how many miles i had over 35,000 on mine before i got new shoes for it

 

i'd rather stay with the 16" but i'm not finding very many wheels i like in the 16's..i'm not going any bigger then 17's..anything bigger rides to rough for my liking;;just trying to see what everyone thought that my wheels would sell for so i can have a ideal on how much cash i'll need to come up with to buy new wheels before i sell mine..
