Red face 18 Inch wheels to 20 inch wheels issues.

So I have a set of 20 laying here ,I put them on tested them out and everything is fine, I was wondering if I should upgrade anything suspension related balance everything out. I'm planning on buy new struts and a new sway bar so was just wondering what I should go forMy stock wheels are in some rough shape so I planned to go ahead and get those cleaned and fixed up.

New struts and springs definitely would not hurt along with a nice alignment and depending on whether or not you get lowering springs, a camber kit for the rear.
