Spring is approaching slowly but surely and I have decided to go with 20" wheels on the 03SS. BeforeI slap the rims on I wanted to upgrade from stock to KYB GR2 struts. My goal is to keep my Cadillac like ride and bolt on the wheels with no issues (rubbing or cutting,etc..) I dont want to drop the car either.. keeping it at the stock height. Am I on the right track? What do you think?

I would recommend looking back at this section. This topic has been hit repetitively. In a nutshell going over 18 you start to see issues with handling and suspention. Plus 20's typically weigh alot and will put stress on the drivetrain do to additional rotating mass.
