wanting to lower my 86 SS

Default wanting to lower my 86 SS

hey guys im wantin to lower my 86 ss 2 in so its not sitting so high and ive got my eye on some c5 corvette wheels im wantin to put on it and with the wheels and lowering it i think it should help the cars looks out alot so if anybody has any suggestions as of where to get a lowering kit from or wat brand or if i will have any issues putting those wheels on my car i would greatly appreciate it thanks.

hotchkiss kit, my buddy bought it and put it in his 85 and i'm loving it, cant tell much right now becuase it still had no motor, trans ect ect in it but the back end you can tell he i think got the 1.5in drop, larger swaybars,tubular link arms in back

alright thanks alot ill look into those kits.

well i got the c5 corvette wheels and they hit the frame in the back so the back will have to be tubbed if im gonna try to put the wheels on there which im not really wantin to do because the car will loose value in the long run. the fronts hit the upper control arm and the tie rod i can notch the control arm and put a 1in spacer and they should work but the back not so easy. does anyone have any suggestions, ideas, or know anybody that has put corvette wheels on a gbody and wat they did to make them fit.
