Yep i had to bend my back strut plate for my 22's (i had 22x9.5 wheels with 255-30 tires) I did mine last year and have not had any probs at all. BUT for 24's beding the strut plate WILL NOT work. You will need at least a 2" lift to clear those strut plates. Plus with a 2" lift the 255-30 tires and a 24x8.5 or 24x9 rim the wheels with sit nice a flush in the wheel well and you wont be sittin all stupid high like some people do (rolls eyes) lol

Oh goodness, please don't listen to me! I was just being sarcastic. We already know my vote isn't to get that large of a rim, without taking the time to modify your suspension.

Thats all you need right there...

ive seen a hand full and it takes a little more work than id like to do myself. alot of it depends on the rim width and the offset. i think 9in is the skinniest. i dont think they mae a 24 by 8.5. but i have seen fwd 24x9z i believe. if u get these it will make your job alot easier. if u get a rim thats not fwd offset or close to it, u will have to cut off the corner of the bottom corner of your front wheel wells so you can turn. also you will have to roll, or grind the lip of your wheel wells almost flush with the fender so it doesnt grab the tire when the suspension flexes. im assuming your talking about a newer mc

@Chevyrider08

What size tires do you have on your 22's? Mine are sitting on 235-30-22 but I was thinking about going with the 245 because the 235 isn't enough tire
