sway bar on 84 LS

sway bar on 84 LS
I have an 84 ls thats been cloned to an SS, someone has offered to sell me a sway bar thats supposed to be an oem sway bar for a Grand National he says its 1 1/4 in bar and he has a set of Hotchkis Springs thats a one in drop in the front, just trying to figure out if this is worth it, what does a stock 84 ls have for a sway bar? any ideas or recomendations?
