Quite possibly maybe one or both trailing arms are either Bound up and or bent? Thus causing it to not drop back down to normal ride height.

Also check the trailing arm bushings..

Thanks yeah im thinking on just replacing the stock old crap upper lower control arms now with beefy ones and frame connectors but not sure how it would be without a sway bar ever ran without one??

Quite possibly,
Without the frame connectors... The car could be twisted. and thus binding up the whole suspension? Have you tried stringing the car and see if in fact its in a twist?

Quite possibly after running the traction bars it may have exaggerated the "Twist"? and bound up the suspension.

I have not strung it yet, im thinking that or somthing with them since ever since i ran them and off problems, but i forgot to add this part i even took off lower control.arms and sway bar off car left top control arms tight lowered the car.on ground and still sat high as if lifted still, my luck its twisted

Update- so today i looked at the car again springs are on right
I disconnected the shocks lowered car on own weight still same height
Then i left shocks out pulled driver spring out lowered car down same height i left driver spring in with a jack stand under in case but still same height

Then with shocks out i jacked up the rear up high it seemed to move up fine didnt see it hitting anything bushing due look old and crappy
I did.notice now 1 body mount rusted threw makes sense y its about an inch off but still lost for.words why its sitting still same height

WOW that IS weird...seems like it should be stuck on something if it keeps at same height.
I have the passenger rear body mount rusted through on mine too a huge bolt and some big washers ought to take care of that for the time being...LOL

Yeah lol i will.prob.do the same
Im just gonna replace all the crap old control arms with new beefy stuff and bushing and see what happens hopefully this weekend ill get to it someone i found have upper lower and frame braces new for a good deal and then im gonna go with the anti roll bar and im done with the rear lol found a weiand 6_71 in picking up so im gonna do as much as i can do the rear as i can

Sounds like you have a plan!! I will replace all the rear stuff when I put a 3.73 in next year. Going to put competition engineering 3 way adjustable shocks on it this year and see what that does for me. If I don't get my reaction times down, doesn't really matter what I do to the car!!!
